Intellectual Property, Copyright and Printing Policy

1. The Store's Intellectual Property Rights

The texts, images, designs, logos, icons, graphics, clips, and marketing content published on the site are owned by the store or used under license. Copying, republishing, distributing, or commercially exploiting them without prior written consent is prohibited.

2. Content Submitted by the Customer

When uploading an image, logo, design, text, trademark, or any other material, the customer confirms that they:

• Are the lawful owner of the content or are authorized to use it.
• Have obtained the permissions and approvals required for printing, publishing, or exploitation.
• Are not infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy, or any right of a third party.
• Are not in breach of the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The customer alone bears any claims, disputes, and compensation arising from the use of content without permission, and undertakes to indemnify the store for the related damages and expenses to the extent permitted by the regulations.

3. Trademarks and Protected Materials

The store may refuse any order that includes, or is suspected of including:

• A registered logo or trademark without authorization.
• A cartoon character, a professional photograph, or a design owned by a third party.
• An artistic or literary work or material protected by copyright.

4. Printing and Publishing Controls

The store has the right to refuse content that breaches Islamic law, the regulations, public decency, or the printing and publishing regulations, including content that is offensive, defamatory, or that incites hatred or discrimination, or that violates the privacy of others.

5. Rights to Designs Produced by the Store

Unless there is a written agreement to the contrary:

• The customer has the right to use the design for the purpose for which it was created.
• The store retains a copy for archiving, quality, and proof-of-production purposes.
• The service does not include delivery of open source files such as PSD, AI, or CDR, unless the offer or the agreement states so.
• Revisions and delivery are subject to the provisions of the Design Service Policy.

6. Displaying Completed Work

The store may display images of products and completed work in its portfolio or its marketing materials, unless the customer requests in writing before production begins that they not be published, or the work is subject to a specific confidentiality agreement.

7. Reporting an Infringement

If a person or entity believes that published content or a completed order infringes a right they own, they may send a report including:

• The details of the rights holder and their capacity.
• A description of the material objected to and its link or the order number, if available.
• Evidence of ownership or authorization.
• Contact details and any information that helps in reviewing the report.

The store reviews the report and takes the appropriate action in accordance with the applicable regulations.

8. Acknowledgment and Governing Law

The store acts as a provider of design, printing, and manufacturing services based on the customer's details, and fulfilling an order is not a guarantee of the customer's ownership of the materials. The customer bears the legal and financial consequences of the content they provide, and completing a purchase, uploading files, or approving a design is deemed acceptance of this.

This policy is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi authorities have jurisdiction over disputes relating to it.
