Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

All ENJOY STORE products are prepared or printed to order, and so the production time is counted before the order is handed to the shipping company.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is calculated once the customer's address is entered, and it usually ranges from 27 to 37 within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The final cost is determined by the delivery address, the city, and the shipping company, as well as the weight and size of the shipment and the quantity of products.

Order Preparation Time

Preparation time varies with the type of product, the quantity, and design approval. The period begins once payment is complete and all details and files have been received, and the design approved where required.

Delivery Time

Orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after being handed to the shipping company. The exact time depends on the city, the carrier, and operating conditions. The shipment details and the tracking number are shown to the customer once available.

Address and Receipt

The customer undertakes to enter the recipient's name, mobile number, and address correctly.
Being unable to make contact, or an incorrect address, may delay delivery, and a new shipping fee may be charged if the shipping company returns the order because of details the customer entered incorrectly.
Please inspect the packaging on receipt and photograph any visible damage.

Error or Damage Caused by the Store

If a shipment is returned because of an error by ENJOY STORE or a defect in production, the store bears the full cost of resolving it and of reshipping, and the customer bears no fees. Reproduction or exchange may be carried out without the product being returned, depending on the nature of the case.
