Design Service Policy

ENJOY STORE Design Service Policy

This policy explains how to request a design, the information required, the number of revisions, final approval, file delivery, and the rights of each party before printing or production begins.

Requesting the design service or approving the mockup means you have read this policy and agree to what it sets out.

Number of Revisions
The price includes two revisions within the original concept.
Start of Work
After the service fee is paid and the required details are provided.
Approval
Final acceptance of the texts, colors, and details.
Source Files
Not included in the service except by written agreement.

1. Providing the Design Service

  • ENJOY STORE provides a custom design service for an additional fee, payable before work begins.
  • The design is produced according to the information and notes the customer provides, and in a way that suits the product or the agreed printing method.
  • Design fees are separate from the price of the product or the printing, unless the product description or the offer states otherwise.

2. What Is Required Before Design Begins?

To reduce delays and reach a result as close as possible to what is wanted, the customer provides the team with the following information as far as possible:

Content
Texts, names, numbers, contact details, and the language required.
Identity
The logo, colors, fonts, or a brand guide if available.
Size and Use
The product size, the type of printing, and how the design will be used.
References
Visual examples or notes that illustrate the style wanted.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data, information, and files they send, and the work period begins once the essential requirements are complete.

3. Revisions Included

The design price includes two revisions only within the same concept and overall direction.

Changing the concept entirely, adding substantial new content, or requesting a different version is considered new work and may incur additional fees and time.

  • Notes should be gathered clearly into a single message wherever possible, to speed up completion.
  • Any time arising from a delayed reply or from requested revisions is added to the production period, and the delivery date may be reset.

4. Proofing and Final Approval

A mockup or proof is sent to the customer before final production where the service requires it. The customer must review:

  • Names, texts, spelling, and translation.
  • Phone numbers, websites, and social media accounts.
  • Sizes, colors, logos, images, and the position of elements.

Approving the design through any approved communication channel is deemed final acceptance of its content. The store is not responsible for errors or observations the customer discovers after approval, or after printing or production has begun.

Printed colors may differ in shade from the screen because of display settings, the color system, the material, and the printing technique, and this natural difference is not considered a defect in the product.

5. File Delivery and Retention

  • The final file is delivered in accordance with what the offer or the agreement covers.
  • Design fees do not include source or editable files such as AI, PSD, or CDR, unless agreed in writing.
  • The store retains files for an estimated period in accordance with its internal archiving policy, and is not obliged to keep them indefinitely or to provide a backup copy after delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for keeping the final files they receive.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Before Work Begins
Cancellation may be requested before design, production, or printing begins, within a period not exceeding 5 days from the date of the order, and the amount is refunded without deducting online payment fees.
After Work Begins
The design service fee cannot be refunded once work has begun.

If the customer delays more than 5 days in sending the required files or details, the store has the right to cancel the order or to deduct the online payment fees when a refund is requested.

7. File Quality and Intellectual Property

  • The quality of the result depends on the quality of the images and files provided by the customer, and the store is not responsible for reduced quality arising from files unsuitable for printing.
  • The customer confirms that they hold the rights and permissions necessary to use the logos, images, texts, and trademarks they provide.
  • The customer bears legal responsibility for the materials sent, and the store has the right to refuse any content that breaches the regulations, public decency, or the rights of others.

For details, see the Intellectual Property Policy and the Customer Acknowledgment Before Purchase.
