Terms of Use

“The store” means the ENJOY STORE website, its platforms and services, registered under the legal details shown on the site, including commercial registration number 7003596355. “The user” means anyone who visits the site, creates an account, or purchases through it.

1. Acceptance of the Terms and User Eligibility

• By using the site, the user confirms that they have read these terms and agree to them.
• The user must be 18 years of age, or use the site under the supervision of their guardian.
• The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to use the site in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom and public decency.

2. Accounts and Login Security

• The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their account details and for all use made through it.
• The store must be notified where unauthorized use is suspected.
• An account may be suspended where there is use in breach of these terms, with notice to the user where possible.

3. Products, Prices, and Orders

• The store undertakes to provide the product or service in accordance with the approved description and specifications.
• Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Prices or offers may be amended for future orders; an amendment does not affect an order that has been confirmed and paid for.
• The store has the right to refuse or cancel an order that is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, and will handle any amount paid according to the case.

4. Orders Designed or Manufactured to Order

• Some products are produced to a size, design, or specification chosen by the customer.
• A custom order cannot be cancelled or modified after production has begun.
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the texts, sizes, files, and details they provide or approve.
• Any modification before production is subject to whether it can be applied, and fees or additional time may be added for it.

5. Payment and Invoices

• Payment is made through the methods available on the checkout page.
• The full amount is paid before the service is carried out, unless there is a written agreement to the contrary.
• Installment services are subject to the provider's terms and to the eligibility of the transaction.
• Where payment fails or an amount is deducted without the order appearing, the user should contact customer service and attach the transaction details, without sharing confidential card data.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

• Orders are sent through approved shipping companies, and the user is responsible for the accuracy of their address and contact number.
• Transit time may be affected by the shipping company's circumstances and by factors outside the store's control.
• Cancellation, exchange, and refund cases are subject to the published policy, the type of product, and the stage of production.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

• The rights to the site, its content, and its designs are reserved, and they may not be used without permission.
• The user confirms that they hold the right to use every logo, image, design, or text they send to the store.
• The user bears any claims arising from the materials they provide and holds the store harmless from liability connected with them, to the extent permitted by the regulations.
• Any content that breaches the regulations, public decency, intellectual property rights, or the printing and publishing regulations may be refused.

8. Colors and Technical Results

Colors and final outputs may differ slightly from digital mockups because of the screen, the printing, and the materials. Slight, industry-recognized technical variations may also occur in cutting, positioning, or finishing, and these are not considered a defect so long as they do not affect the primary purpose of the product.

9. Limits of Liability and Force Majeure

• The store undertakes to remedy any established error on its part in accordance with the published policies.
• The store is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the site or the product, to the extent permitted by the regulations.
• The store's liability does not exceed the value of the order that is the subject of the claim, to the extent permitted by the regulations.
• The store is not responsible for delay or impossibility arising from disasters, general outages, service interruptions, government decisions, or circumstances beyond its control.

10. Integration of Policies and Privacy

The Privacy Policy and the published policies and acknowledgments form part of these terms. Each policy sets out the details specific to its subject.

11. Language, Amendments, and Governing Law

• The Arabic version is the reference in the event of any discrepancy between translations.
• These terms may be updated and the new version published on the site; continued use is deemed acceptance of them in accordance with the regulations.
• These terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi authorities have jurisdiction over disputes.
