Returns and Exchanges Policy

At ENJOY STORE we are committed to making the customer's rights clear and orders easy to resolve. This page sets out the terms for returning and exchanging both ready-made and custom products in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Custom Products
Cannot be cancelled or returned after production has begun, except for an error by the store.
Damage or Shortage
Must be reported within 48 hours with photos or video.
Refund
Within 7 business days of the request being accepted.

First: Definitions

  • “The store” in this policy means ENJOY STORE and all of its online platforms.
  • “The customer” means anyone who makes a purchase from the store through the website.
  • This policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use, and is subject to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Second: The Right to Return and Exchange

  • The customer has the right to rescind the contract and return the product, or to request an exchange, within 7 days of the date of receipt, in accordance with the conditions set out below.
  • The right lapses once the period ends, unless the product is defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications.

Third: Conditions for Accepting a Request

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging and with all of its accessories.
  • The request must be submitted within the statutory period, together with the order number and the required details.
  • The store has the right to inspect the product and verify its condition before accepting a return or exchange.

Fourth: Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Products manufactured to order or designed specifically for the customer, once production has begun.
  • Products that have been used or that show signs of use or damage.
  • Products damaged by misuse or improper storage by the customer.
  • Products that cannot be returned for health or consumable reasons after being opened or used.
  • Requests submitted after the specified return period has passed.

Fifth: Made-to-Order or Custom-Printed Orders

  • The customer has no right to cancel, return, or exchange a product that has been manufactured or prepared to their specifications once production has begun, even if it has not yet been shipped.
  • Approval of the order or the design is deemed final approval to proceed, and the customer bears responsibility for the accuracy of the details, the design, and the specifications provided.
  • The store may agree to a modification only before production begins, and additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the modification.
  • After production has begun, the store has the right to deduct the cost of materials and manufacturing, or to refuse cancellation without any obligation to refund.

Sixth: Shipping and Costs

  • If the reason for the return is a defect in the product or an error by the store, the store bears the shipping costs.
  • If the return is at the customer's request with no defect present, the customer bears the shipping costs.
  • For international orders, the customer bears the shipping costs unless a defect or an error by the store is established.

Seventh: Refunds

  • The refund begins after the product has been received, inspected, and the return request accepted.
  • The amount is refunded within a period not exceeding 7 business days from the date the request is accepted.
  • The refund is made via the payment method used; in the case of cash on delivery, the amount is transferred to the bank account specified by the customer.

Eighth: Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

  • The store must be notified within 48 hours of receipt where there is damage, a shortage, or a difference from the specifications.
  • Evidence of the condition, such as photos or video, must be attached to the request along with the order number.
  • Where an error by the store is established, the case is resolved by exchange, reproduction, or a refund, without the customer bearing any additional costs.

Ninth: How to Submit a Request

  1. Contact us through one of the approved channels below.
  2. Send the order number, the reason for the request, and photos or video where needed.
  3. Wait for the result of the inspection and for return shipping instructions, if these are required.

Tenth: Provisions on Designs, Printing, and Custom Products

  • The customer is responsible for reviewing names, numbers, text, sizes, and all details before approving the design.
  • The store is not responsible for errors present in files or designs approved by the customer.
  • Printed colors may differ slightly from the screen because of display, printing, and material characteristics; this is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • Slight technical variations may appear in cutting or positioning, within the limits recognized in the printing industry.
  • The quality of the result depends on the quality of the files sent, and the store is not responsible for results arising from low-resolution files.

Eleventh: Intellectual Property and Submitted Content

The customer confirms that they hold the rights and permissions necessary to use the logos, images, designs, and texts they send, and bears legal responsibility for them. The store has the right to refuse content that violates the law, public decency, or the rights of others. See the Intellectual Property, Copyright and Printing Rights Policy.

Twelfth: General Provisions

  • The store has the right to refuse a request if it does not meet the conditions set out in this policy.
  • This policy does not affect consumer rights provided for in the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Both parties undertake to act in good faith when applying the provisions of this policy.

Thirteenth: Governing Law

This policy is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi judicial authorities have jurisdiction to decide any dispute arising from its application.
